Triangular disposition, unique and original concept

Our instructions were brief: 3 industrial-type hangars (galpones) allowing the installation of state-of-the-art technical equipment for winemaking, ageing and storage. About 600 m2 of office buildings-laboratory, reception and tasting areas, along with living space. All this in a simple and elegant style, harmonising with the surroundings and making the most of the wonderful views. Three Argentine architectural agencies presented us with their plans. We were particularly seduced by the ideas of Japaz and Conte which we found «brilliantly original».

We therefore accepted their project with great enthusiasm. For the construction itself, Carlos Tizio had the great idea of recommending Luis Martinelli, an excellent architectural site manager. The various professional tenders were won by the following companies; Camer (ground preparation, masonry, sanitory and other fittings), Romanello (electricity), Thermosistema (thermic equipment), Bellestar decoration consultants (interior design), Legaretta landscape gardening company (landscaping).

Under the professional eyes of the architects, of Luis Martinelli, of Carlos Tizio and of Adrián Manchon, these teams collaborated marvellously well to complete the construction in record time (about 14 months).
